(Almost) New RV Park in Pescadero -- 5 minute walk to San Pedrito Beach

http://tropicalcasitas.com/map-and-location/

Last issue of Baja Onion mentioned 10 RV spots (with hookup, not sure about sewer), at about $400/month (might be off on price). Think they're looking for long term. This spot is next door to Nomad Uncle Tom and prime real estate. Nice to have RV spots at the North end of this beach. Surf morning glass and walk home. Pretty nice.

Check it out. Say hi to Tom.

Tropical Casitas RV's

I just spoke to the owner of this resort and they do not have any hook-ups for RVs yet, except for water...

Hi Lee and kassonswildride,

I spoke to the owner more recently, actually about a week ago. They have ordered electric meters now, so they're making progress. We were there last spring, and it was basically just a parking lot and challenging to access, with a long curved dirt road leading to it. If enough of us keep expressing interest, hopefully the development will continue. Have either of you tried parking your rigs at the Cerritos Surf Colony? From what we've heard, that's basically a parking lot too, but for a small fee you can park there, go to their restaurants, and use their pool and jacuzzi. That beach is so great for winter surfing and/or boogie boarding; it will be nice to have something available.
