Short or Long term Lease in Rosarito

I am going to be in Northern Baja for medical treatments and am looking for a clean, well maintained, safe house/ condo/ or apartment to rent.

I need at least 3 months, probably closer to 6 months to start. Could do a longer term (1 Year or more) if the right place.

Interested in buying. Would be interested in a rent to own situation depending on the location, etc.

Need at least 2 bedrooms. Would prefer a yard or beach access.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions or something you would be interested.

Thank you for your help.

how much I am willing to spend depends on location & amenities, etc. Ultimately, everything is negotiable.

I thought prices might be lower for a winter rental.

My friend is renting a house (3bd/3ba) in San Antonio for $700. But things are not maintained well...

i would pay that or more for a nicer & smaller place

Probably should keep your budget to yourself until you see what you like. If owners know what you have to spend, that's going to be their price.
Just a thought.

if you have friends in SADM and like the area you might want to take a look at playa blanca, next door to SADM. I'd suggest you give angie a call, she hooked me up with my first two rentals in that area. great folks!

I'm looking for a rental for a month or two starting in March in Rosarito or Ensenada. Anyone have any suggestions for rental agents up that way? Or suggestions for finding listings other than VRBO or Craigslist?
