What's the deal with that door? Looks like a back injury, especially trying to get OUT and hit a step stool.

Or am I not getting it?

Looks like Filon siding, rather than true fiberglass.

According to their spec sheet it's fiberglass.

I have a 1991 8 1/2 foot ute, bought used in 1993. We have been really happy with it. Bigger bed, real reefer, and holds more water than a 4 wheeler.

Yes, you have to be careful getting out or you can scratch your back. Other models are/were made with a full door, but then you can get flex when off road.

I remember mine as about #850 dry.

Good luck with the sale.

Some questions aren't on the spec sheets and may be answered by my neighbor who is selling this camper. Try their e-mail above.

mtnpop, Your 5th wheel should sale FAST. Get the word out to your Mexican friends. Lots of workers from the mine need housing now. If you make a flier up and post it around town it should go.

Get it up to Williston North Dakota

Instant sale at double your asking price:

Apartment rents too have accelerated while the price of one night’s stay at a hotel has risen upwards of $300, rivalling New York. Even a parking spot for a trailer can cost in excess of $800 a month.

Looks like a good price to me. I have been traveling Baja for 12 years with two Pop-tops. You get used to the back door...or wait until you get old and shrink like I did. :(:(

I started in 1977 with an Toyota FJ-40 and a piece of plywood at an angle from the windshield over the bent forward seat to the rear. This necessitated parking nose down 30 degrees for a level bed.:yes::yes:

Truck mounted campers of any kind do require a few braces added for 4x4 rough roads. Anyone getting one can contact me for details.

Bump :o :o
Tie downs included, see photos 1 & 2. I would have bought this rig but, like the owner, I don't go exploring much anymore and I like to load up the Ranger SxS and tent camp for a day or two. Maybe just hotel it now.

I owned a Hallmark camper - very well built. Seems like a very good deal to me. Good luck with the sale.

The owner took it North to a friends in Escondido and it is now on Craigs List up there.
