Accesible wiring?

The house is built of foam, concrete and steel. All pipes and wiring are accessible.

Recent ad on CL has this in the description - how is this possible?

Maybe all the wires and pipes are mounted on the outside of the walls? Quien sabe? Maybe ask the seller.

Plumbed and wired like a submarine with all wires and pipes fixed to the wall, not inside it.

The wire is probably installed in conduit. Remove a switch cover and look inside. If done properly the conduit should be connected to the box with a thin nut.

It's probably the blue flex conduit rather than rigid metal or gray plastic, but should still have a visible mechanical connection.

Also, you shouldn't use regular romex wire inside conduit, it can get too hot and cause the insulation to fail.

A significant upgrade if the house is properly wired with conduit!
