I took quite a few pics of it last week for the new occupant. Diaz is supposed to install new stone tile flooring.

I'm thinking I'll be hanging out at Bob's place quite a bit!

Robert Mann and Pam are great people we enjoy our visits with them very much. After loosing out on the last house, we are so happy to hear of their success in getting this one. Hope to see them in May/june.:bounce:

Camped there at Beach Bob's once in 2002 and would see him at the Camp Gecko New Years fiestas (2001-2005).

I am sure you will find lot's of enjoyment living or vacationing there.

Thanks everyone! I've been going to BOLA since the 70s. I really love it down there. Beach Bob was a good guy and it's going to be hard to live there and not think about him every day. I am just happy to be able to keep his vibe alive and provide a social place where friends can come by and continue Bob's epic quest to solve the world's problems. I'll be probably having a small party around the end of May or early June so I'll keep everyone posted.
