New Cafe/ House or RoomRental in San Ignacio

A couple months ago, Les and I were in San Ignacio and as I was walking at the Mission,I noticed a sign that said CAFE....curious to see what it was...I found the most incredible garden:

The café does not serve much besides coffee but sitting in the garden is a real treat.

Then just last Monday we went again to San Ignacio and this time the room and the house they rent out were ready. The room rents for $35 a night and the house for $90 a night and $350 a week. Mario is the person to talk to for reservations - no English as far as I know:

The house (CASA LA MISION) as seen from the garden:

More pics to come of the house and outside room.

THE HOUSE:

on the bottom floor is a kitchen and dining area and one bathroom
up the stairs is one room and I believe we went up more stairs to the other room. Short and do-able flights of stairs.

I would like to know about the animal yard art. Do you know if they were made locally?

Yard art? I'm disappointed; I thought they were real.

Yes, the outside room has a full bath.

So, if you stay in the outside room, which has no kitchen, my guess is the daily plan should be:

Breakfast with Terri and Gary
Lunch at the taco stand
Dinner at Tootsies. If the taco stand only opens at night (I have no idea), then, the reverse for lunch and dinner.

With a meal at rice and beans thrown in for a change of pace.

Ahhhhhh that sounds like a great vacation.

The house is really interesting too....one of the rooms has an outside porch that is very private. You could have a cup of coffee at about 6 different sites ...
