Nim Restaurant in La Paz

Nim Restaurant in La Paz

Over to dinner we went on Sunday evening. This place is located Right across the street from the new 7 crown hotel

And just Down the side street supermarket Aramburo is on.

This is the entrance

The inside: the design is so simple. Tables, chairs, nothing but plants around and nothing on the walls. Except for the light fixtures, it would take 15 minutes to remove all property. Simple. Very Zen. It works.

This is an area that is out back. Ingenious!

And to the left of the previous sofa area, is this huge patio.

Here is the kitchen. I personally love it when the kitchen is visible and yet the smells are controlled so as not to affect the dining area.

A really delicious reuben sandwich which is only served til 5:00. The waiter was kind enough to negotiate a deal since we arrived at 5:20. This one is mine and not a crumb was left.

And Les's reuben, and not a crumb was left either!

Beer on draft is a plus, a real plus.

And we did not have dessert, but they gave us these very tasty cookies with our bill. It softens the pain somewhat when you are paying with sweetness in your mouth.

Easy for me to say since Les pays, right?

Our bill was really quite reasonable at around $300 pesos, but there are some very pricey items on the menu that you could really do some damage with. The beer was 20 pesos.

That put a right big smile on my hombre's face.

We would highly recommend the reubens but we have to go back to recommend the rest of the fare. ((((((: Just sayin'
