The good Lord does not subtract time spent fishing. Plus you get to eat the product of your labor and those calories don`t count!!!!

Without a doubt. Quit SMOKING! And you gotta do what I say and not what I do because I havent quit YET. Lord knows I am trying, and so is my habit.
Best to all nomads out there. Eat right, sleep, and take care of the one body you have.

Thanks Dr for the video, I am a walker with arthritis in my hip and knee but I still walk. If I discontinue the walks for two or three days I notice
the pain increasing.
