Loreto Boat Rental?

Anybody rent out their boat in the Loreto area?

I'm very qualified, licensed in the US.

I'd be looking for any reliable boat, from a panga to a center console, to fish and cruise around the area, possibly for a couple days.

Is this something people do? I'd think there are plenty of boats down there ready to go that aren't used more than a handful of times a year.

No gringo in his right mind is going to "rent" you his boat.
Too many legal complications to hurdle, not to mention who is going to pay up if you destroy the prop and lower unit on some rocks.

Stick with the local pangueros and hire them.
