Haven't seen or heard anything about Hap in years. A few of his old school buddies still have places here in Campo Lorenzo, but they haven't seen or heard a thing either. Knowing Hap, he's probably living in a one room cabin on the top of a mountain, the middle of a forest or some other isolated place that's naturally beautiful with no people around to spoil it!

If you like flying in, Lorenzo's is the place to be. Yes, these lots have been online for awhile but he really doesn't advertise all that much. Doesn't take anything away from the great setting he offers IMHO...

Are you referring to spaces in sky park? for sale or rent or lease or...? I visited the website- looks nice, but not clear what's available.

Thank you.

Best if you come down and see for yourself in person. Nothing online can replace seeing up close and personal.

I recently met Lorenzo in person and he seems like a very nice guy. If you are willing to spend the money to invest in a home down here, you're better off spending the money to come down and deal with the the seller directly...

Sorry about the confusion. Actually all properties are leased "not for sale as we know it in the U.S." We have a clear title (not ejido) to the property through a Mexican Corporation and the Skypark property is leased on a 99 year basis and the Campo property on an annual basis.

99 year lease. In 1960 my family got a 99 year lease. In the late 70's chit hit the fan in our little campo and we were told rules only allow 10 year, technically one day less then 10 year, lease. Have the rules changed? Curious to know, not that I need a 99 year lease what with global warming and sea level rise and water shortages and plagues of locust and...............:dudette:

So, if you don't have a plane, or have any friends who do, my question is whether one might be paying a premium for the airstrip, when they cannot take advantage of it.

As I mentioned in a prior post, this development has been trying to sell for several, if not many years.

In Mexico, any lease over 9 years and 364 days is not legally enforceable.
