I saw that in the original posting but thought it might be a misprint.

http://www.nadaguides.com/RVs/1995/Terry/M-39F/5014165/Value...

Suggested List — The value listed reflects the approximate price of the unit when it is brand new. The prices listed are furnished by the manufacturer and are assumed to be correct. The list price does not include freight charges.

A 20 year old trailer for $5k less than when it was new? I think possibly miss-print.

thx DT. thot so from the pics. a 10' wide floor would be nice. But how does one move it on the road if 10'? Here it takes an over wide load permit and 2 flag cars one up and one back.

in the retirement zones of metro phx. all started in the 60s the parks feature 10' wide trailer homes. Most have had axels removed and are more or less permanently set.

Park model means there is no holding tanks, water or holding tank for grey or black water. Has to be hooked up to septic or sewer. Has to be plugged into electricity, ( no generator) It is 8 ft. wide plus the 2 slide outs. And this is dollars, not pesos.
