Mexican or Baja style shrimp c-cktail

I think I have the basics from memory : large prawns prepped, diced toms, onion, celery, some garlic, spices etc and top with a full bodied hot sauce shaken over then live squeezes to taste.

any one have better or corrections? also want to make campenchana. Using fresh Ostiones, almejas, sea snails, pulpo and octopus.

Finely diced serrano, chopped avocado and cliantro too. I've also had the soupy variety (I think it's clamato)

I just love tasting those LIVE squeezes too. Seriously, I thought the Baja c-cktail also includes some cucumber.

Let the shrimp sit in the juice for a few hours in the fridge. Open a beer of choice and enjoy

A little Clamato (NOT the other brand) and a squeeze of ketchup really make it pop. I'm going to gas up today and hope the guy that sells c-cktails is up there, Pemex on the hwy. Expensive the the combo c-cktail is worth it. Had his lobster last time and not as good as the combo.

Shrimp, cucumber, cilantro, lime juice, celery, sweet onion, avocado, clamato, black pepper and hot sauce to taste....I usually use Siete Mares. Yummy!

This is an amazing one I had from El Cid in Ensenada:
