Limit posts

Is it possible to limit posts so that some members don't dominate the forum like some kind of non established expert?

Nobody is forcing anyone to read or share in a discussion... The more the merrier, look how dead the other Baja forums are... Baja Nomad is where the action is. If you don';t want to read anything new daily, go to the other forums. However, to see daily activity and news from or about Baja, this is the place!

I get enough input to know that my photos/ maps/ trip reports/ historical data and stories of the past 49 years I have enjoyed traveling and camping in Baja is appreciated that I won't let a few haters chase me off, so they can dominate what others read. Too many good old Amigos and Nomads just don't have the energy to combat the harassers here, and that is sad. I just had an email exchange with one last night.

One thing is clear, you may not share my opinions, or you may have a false idea of what kind of person I am, but if you need any kind of help I will do everything I can to get it to you.

A final note, the host of this site is a friend of mine and he has told me to ignore those of you who like to troll me for fun... and I am trying. If Doug doesn't want me posting so much, then he has the ability to control that. I have the highest post number because I do post a lot but more so because I am the oldest active Nomad, online since this forum was created in 2002. I am member #10 and Doug is #1 (#2-9 don't exist and were not active after that first week of Nomad).

you are the man, in YOUR house.

you dictating is just as valid as all of our dictates above...... reminds me of a joke. Didja hear what Buckwheat said to Darla while she was transcribing his memoirs? "hey Darla, how my dictate?"

I so agree that the more the merrier! Other sites are simply NO fun at all and one is quickly bored.

Here, I look forward to reading something new and usually inspiring, every day.

Were we all the same, we would have nothing around to dwell on, to light the kindle in our brains. Vive la difference!
