Baja French Toast

Down the free road, the Fiesta makes French Toast beginning with split cinnamon rolls, then batter and so on.

This morning, Sonia made French Toast using raisin bread. Like BornFisher's Ling Cod, it's really good!

I assume the Fiesta is a restaurant in Rosarito. What is it's location in relation to Rene's near the old toll gate.

The Fiesta is a restaurant in South Rosarito. KM44, just North of Puerto Nuevo. Called Fiesta at El Pescador.

Consistent good food all meals of the day.

Rene's is at Km 28.5. Fiesta would be a little over 9 miles south of Rene's.

Hey birthday boy, sounds like Sonia is treating you right!! But I`d be careful comparing her sweet Baja French toast to lingcod!!!
So a big Happy Birthday to you (I won`t say how old), time to enjoy one of those cleansing pilseners!!!!
