The moon the last few night has been brilliant.
Not sure about the new storm. Way too early to guess or rely on forecasts.

Russ, if it's any consolation the humidity up here along the Baja Pacific coast north of you has been brutal the last several days with not too much wind.

I have found that these help a lot...

Lynchburg Lemonade Recipe

1 part Jack Daniels
1 part Sweet and Sour Mix
1 part Triple Sec
4 parts Sprite or Seven-Up

Pour over ice in a mug with slice of lemon

Watch this one !!

Oh Sugar, better keep an eye one this one. Early predictions are undecided which side of Baja this will travel. I'll follow it and report as long as my banda ancha doesn't empty out.

Another nice morning:bounce:
At least one of the forecast has the storm moving more to the West than 24 hours ago. That suggest it won't come up the SOC which for us is good.

Did you notice the humidity is lower? No wet screens this morning

Russ, can you sprinkle some of your magic voodoo fish attractant on the water for me about Monday please. We will be down for a visit around Wednesday and I'd like to give it a couple of days to work, before I get there. The last few batches have been kinda slow reacting. Also, I've requested some really nice days during the next week or two, so we can get out and have some fun.
Thanks in advance. ;);)

Good morning Morning temps have crawled just above 80º again so I thinking it'll be hot again today. The 15th is suppose to be the magic date for the weather to begin it's Fall cooling. I suppose will see a hurricane instead though.

Great pictures! Is this true about the cops in Mulege getting tough on the ATV riders with with no helmets?
Hope you don't get too wet.

Good morning folks:o
I'm worried about what Odile might do. I know the storm tracks show it off the coast today but it just isn't moving far enough West for my liking. I think this is a batten down the hatches storm and I hope I'm very wrong. It may at the least test the drainage project behind Mulege.
If you don't get regular updates from me the internet (banda ancha) is down or I've run out of time. I'm recommending anyone heading down put your travel plans South on hold until we have an idea how the highway holds up in the next 3 or 4 days.

Notice the barometer is rising and down here that usually means bad weather change.
