Bahia Restaurant Bar

Every Sunday afternoon, we perform at La Bahia Restaurant Bar in San Lucas Cove. Our Hosts Rene and Janine are wonderful and do the best job of preparing the finest Seafood I have ever seen in the Santa Rosalia and Mulege area. This week we had myself, Darlene Humphrey from Canada (we call her Songbird) and Alexis Deer on Harmonica who comes from Cody, Wyoming.

If you are looking for a real treat in seafood come on out.

Actually Ged, D is the #4 chord in the Key of A, and she is just one step ahead of me. If she had been on E7 which is the #5 chord in the Key of A, she would have really been way ahead, or behind, or whatever.

The real hard part is the Harmonica player who is playing what looks like a piece of pipe. Not the smoking kind.

I know how to play but don't know my theory very well...is that part of pentatonic theory?

I know the E-A-B bit as "comparable" to C-F-G, but in different key...

Ged, you should hear the Buddha when he plays the bass but he really rocks when he gets a guitar and does some bluesy stuff. We were right across from his space but he wasn't there. We checked.

All seriousness aside, if you haven't had one of Janine's 'Specials' at La Bahia, remember this; Mulegeños, she is a local Artisana who has incredible talents of presentation, let alone the sabor de comida. Also remember they need to commute from Muleje to San Lucas, so it's only a 'weekend' restaurant, but IF YOU CAN, YOU SHOULD. Not only do I love their food, they are the best of Baja Gente. If you're passing through, or looking for a weekend treat, I give them an All-Star Rating.

To Mr. Ged, there's a test you must pass, Grasshopper, to roadie for the San Lucitas Sectretions; can you pour Corralejo and not spill, plus guard the botella con su vida?

....AND, count to FOUR in case WE forget?

CPR?
