What is a reasonable cab fare from SJD to Los Barriles?

Hey everyone,

Just wondering what a fair cab price would be from SJD to Los Barriles? 2 adults and will have our two small dogs, in carriers, and would prefer to not deal with the bus.

Just want to have a rough price in mind before we get inundated by the cabbies and middle men at the airport next week.

Thanks!

$80 is the going rate. Check with www.thebajaponyexpress.com. They have published lists of Los Barriles local cabbies and their contact info. Call and arrange a pickup before you get to SJD.

there are 6 trips by ecobajatours.com a day from CSL to LaPaz from what I remember. Can not get the site t work, only two go the Barriles direction and the last one is about 2:30 cost recently was about 200 pesos. 400 to Lapaz.
