If this is being sold as a corporation and not with a Fidicomiso, do your home work and understand what Mexico requires to be considered a corporation. Consult with an independent Notario or attorney that has no financial interest in this transaction.

Actually that bare strip is where all the beautiful mangroves used to be...Since the road ends at Gringos, it's still a good ways from Almeja's and the beach....I wonder if there are any plots afoot to make the north launch ramp by the lighthouse usable...When I left there was no way to get to the lighthouse.....except by foot or quad at LOW water

Is your property still available? I just sold a house NOB and would like to have some additional info. How many sq ft or sq meters are the properties and are they contiguous? How big is the house? Please reply with your contact info to greco_andrew@hotmail.com. Would you also call me. Thanks.

I'll be down there in about 3 weeks. I'd like to see the beachfront lot. I want to stand on it. Can you make this happen?

Access from beach side and back side depends how you level the lot and what you decide to do. I envisioned this:

Not that I am too seriously interested, I just have a serious question: Who is cleaning these big windows every day? With the constant breeze from the Mar de Cortez and the salt and dust which contains that breeze those big windows are dirty every day. Well, it might be not a problem after the next hurricane as those windows do not exist in the same shape like on the picture. But the inside of the house might not exist either.:fire:
