Dear Chucky! I did know that from day one. You might not believe it: I can read! Just wanted to point out that this visualization is (in Spanish)
Caca! It`s like a big lie to show something which is not possible. Well, possible is everything so to speak! Just needs a dumb-A$$ to believe in that
pic, or name it visualization, might be possible to build!

Akmaxx,,, it was not my intention to "bump it to the top"! I only have serious concerns about your visualization. And that a potential buyer might
build completely different, that only will show that he is smart.
Comparing Malibu w/ Mulege/Baja,,,,, do you think that's a choice?
Q.: Are there those hurricanes in Malibu like we had in Baja for the last several years? Hurricanes which caused flooding in the river valley in
Mulege? Yep, not affecting your property of course! Here in Los Cabos there where entire homes ripped off the foundation. The Chevy dealership was
dislocated completely, the entire building, some hundred feet away. The building had nearly no damage, but was relocated completely right on the major
street nearby.
Well I have to admit, your property looks somehow interesting. What I said was just what came to my mind reading about your property. Is that legal?
