If this is the house I think it is,,, it is well above any of the floods.. sits up above the Jungle bar just below the highway..
Everything in Mulege does not get flooded.. as some folks believe.
good neighbors next door to this one....

600 US or MXPesos??? For 600 US it is at the wrong location as the acces road to that house will be flooded anytime after a hurricane and te drive way doeīnīt look too solid. And it is located NOT high above the Jungla Jims, but on the other side of the river, isnīt it?

That isn't a bad price for a place to stay IMHO ... Nice

And an excellent means to check out the area to make an informed decision ... on the purchase of property and/or entering into a "lease" for an extended period of time

And that one doesn't "own" it and is renting ... who cares about floods and the rest ...

I enjoyed my stay, renting for over a year ... anything wrong, I didn't have to fix it, the owner did ... I would come out of pocket and then got reimbursed by the owner ... Hot water heater, refrigerator, leaky roof, et al

Never got down BCS ... a heat thing with me, always liked the Pacific side ... did get to Cabo a few times fishing .. but, those were short stays and in Hotels or condo's :):)

If dipstick had a clue he would be dangerous.... He absolutely knows nothing about this property or where it is... entrance is off Mex 1 on the south side. I have close friends next door to this house renting from the same family... no chance of flood in this house and easy driveway no matter ...
Kind of like the rest of Mulege and the valley dwellers he called me a liar and I let it go a couple of weeks ago about cleanup and move in after a hurricane/flood... Some places are a big deal,,, others not so much..
My expense inside after Odile about 500 USD and outside about 400 usd
Mine is in the Orchard and inside mud was less than 6 inches clean and dry in less than a week... others were worse... of course...
buuuut dipstick seems to be the all knowing Carnak about what we have to do..
I am pretty sure he will just keep on callin me a liar... but that's ok.. My old mother in law used to say... son,, there are more horses asses in the world than horses...
oh the rent on this home is 600usd and well worth it...
let the berating begin...
this is a very good landlord family also...

Don't let him get your Levis in a bunch...JC43 is the same lying con man who ran down the Serenidad , tried character defaming on Don Johnson, made appointments with folks in Mulege and never showed up .....Doubt he even knows where Mulege is.....Loser

Ditto. Young troll out to cause H & D, that's all. Just from the landscape i'm guessing the house is up-canyon past the Mission. JC just thinks his initials stand for sumpin'.

And I like the saying about the horses, and the horse's..... apostrophe control is a must...
