I would really like to see this work but...
i'm concerned about the SAT "footprint"
it looks like to me you would need a billing address in southern California...wouldn't you?
then if it works now...
what happens if the company tightens the "spot beam" to improve service for the "billing area" after the initial sales period and there are many
customers using the service...and they will
in other words what is the guarantee that the unit will work in 6 months///is that in writing somewhere?
$850 initial cost to get the equipment is a lot of money...if you use a mexico address and lose service will the company refund for failure to supply
their service?
are there are ANY guarantees in writing for this?
are service calls free if the fault is with the company?
what are the fees for a service call in mexico? (for BOLA)
if you aren't here in 6 months (I hope you are of course..$$$ ) who would service the unit?
is any of that in writing anywhere?
currently using hughesnet as a SAT provider...i am skeptical.
sunday morning hughesnet FAPed me for 4.5 hours starting at 7am...very unusual...but...
it could create calls for repair and an offer for a "free" upgrade to gen4 which I cannot use

im glad you touched this subject heres a thing viasat in 2016 says it will lunch a new sat coverring all of mexico
for the remaing of 2015 and the beggining of 2016 were just going have to be in this satbeam the good thing about exede if the beam is over populated
they wont activate any more so theres no "thightens"on the beam
and were leasing the equipment so if there is something wrong on our end we can fix it working hand in hand with exede we can give pretty much the
same garantees as your current internet provider
im aware 800 dls to set up is alot of money but im also awere that its worth every penny
a simple solution to a long term problem here in baja
and yes at the moment we do the activation we give you your customer agreement your contract and everything is legal
im new yes
im not going any were i have so much work in ensenada i curently supply
internet to some people in la bufadora and the baja country club
and other places and hopefully i can start supplying internet service to bahia
when we get the first brave client im pretty sure were going to start opening market further south
its just a matter of time
and after im set up south what i usually do is train a tec so house calls dont get to be expensive
