Two tours so far and favorable responses but cash talks. A cash deposit will hold the deal for you for whatever time-frame we agree on.

Cheers,

I'm assuming that this is off the grid, given the price and location. Am I correct?

Also, your price appears incorrect as it would look to be $135 US. I'm guessing you left off some zeros.

Almost giving this away....

25K cash for two acres on the Pacific ocean, paved road 99% of the way from from La Paz, 30 minutes from airport to Pacific sunsets, water and power nearby, fully formed and legal corporation (do almost any business/work in Mexico - a 3k value alone), taxes paid, etc, etc, etc........

I can't believe this didn't sell for 60 but it takes someone with a hint of vision.

25K. Your annual carrying costs are minimal so you can sit on this or donate it to your grandchildren because as development continues this area will be worth ten times more.

Thanks,

The corp. alone costs 3k to setup. You can do nearly anything in Mexico with this and the beachfront Pacific sunset land close to La Paz is amazing.

Bump.

Not the friendliest of locals out there. I'm afraid they'd steal the paint off a board. However, it is really beautiful and right next to one of the best surfing areas on the southern Baja, Punto Marquez. Probably less than an hour on good dirt roads to the world famous Punto Conejo surf break. Can't believe a surfer hasn't jumped on this offer yet! I took a quad out there and road on the beach probably 25-30 miles w/o seeing anyone. Got scared I'd break don out there and my skeleton would be found months later not having the luck of Graham MacIntosh!

Available until a cash deposit is taken

This is an incredible deal. Period.

First person with a cash deposit puts it into offer pending mode.

Let me know.

Better than diamonds or roses - They ain't making any more coastline with views like this....

Buy your special someone the gift of beachfront, sunset view, quiet, investment grade property for Valentines Day.:light:

Showing this Monday and Tuesday if anybody is still on the fence and wants to caravan out there.

A bidding war would be fine with me, just sayin', but as I have said - the first deposit holds it.

Peace,

I am surprised at the looky-loos.

Compare this to anything in Los Barrilles, Cerritos, Todos Santos, Cabo, La Paz and understand you are paying a tenth of those prices. Paved road from La Paz. Thirty minutes from Walmart for those that care about such things and an incredible sunset every night that Malibu people would have to pay ten million bucks (or more) for.

I was just "offered" 2,500 sq. meters in Cerritos, second row, small view, no water or power, for 1,500,000 pesos (75K) and the seller claims this is the cheapest place in Cerritos. This lot is closer to La Paz, on the beach, all view, and 13,000 sq. meters for 25K.....what am I missing here?

That's an odd shaped lot. 22m of water front is skinny. Hardly room for a house without pushing walls up to neighbors walls. Are the lots on either side available so a more useable waterfront could be assembled?

1.2 million for same size lot with no sunset view

1.2 million USD for slightly smaller size lot, no oceanfront sunset view, and at least 1-2 hours from any airport. My lot is 30 minutes from La Paz airport, with Yuge views, and more paved road than this property at 50 times the price.

Somebody needs to jump on this. You can talk to the owners on either side to combine lots if you want but it won't be 25K for 3 acres of sunset oceanfront view property.

At this price if you want to use a broker the buyer pays all costs. Pretty simple deal - See land, come to terms, meet notario, write contract, meet notario again for signing, final payment, transfer corp., and enjoy your good deal.

1.3ha= 3ac + 9250.835ft² - Three acres plus a city size home lot according to Yahoo. 11946 square meters = 128585.55 square feet

NEED TO CASH THIS OUT - MY LOSS IS YOUR GAIN. SOMEBODY WILL CASH IN ON THE LAND RUSH OUT OF LA PAZ, IT JUST WON"T BE ME THIS TIME! Best offer over 25K cash for over two acres beachfront and view property. This is a giveaway.

They just finished paving the road to Conquista Agraria which is 25K north of the last Pemex in La Paz. The government is also rebuilding highway one to the turn-off to Conquista Agraria right now so the trip to your Pacific beachfront property will only be 25-30 minutes out of La Paz.

The problem in the past, besides the poor roads, was that small lots were hard to find and most of the big land owners didn't want to break up their parcels on the oceanfront.

I got a relatively small parcel and I need to sell it. 1.3 Hectares (approx. 129,000 sq. ft. - Approx. 22m x 543m). Rustico (solar and water maker is best option for now) in an area that will be developed because it is so close to La Paz, so refreshing being on the Pacific side, and cheap because I have other plans. This property sold for $135K USD five years ago and I'll take a lot less than that now.

All paperwork correct. Can do the deal in cash, financing at 10% interest with 20% down, or ?. Let me know. I have several parties interested but cash talks and the other stuff walks.

The best fishing in Baja is off the sea mounts in front of Pt. Marquez according to Tailhunters but it isn't fished regularly because the harbor in Cabo is too far away. Could be your near private playground.

Cheers,
