Looking for David Spinney aka "kayak Dave" in Mulege

I have lost touch with Dave - he may be north but usually lives along
the river in Mulege (north side) and loves to fish/kayak on the river in
the early morning hours - if anyone knows him or can pass on this
message to him - I would much appreciate it! I have been planning to
come down there - the hurricane changed my plans - but am heading
there in mid April now and would love to reconnect with him before coming
down -
thanks!
Please u2 me if you can help or have info
