Welcome to Nomads Micheck, looking forward to watching the progress of your home. Hope the project goes well, try not to get discouraged if there is a hiccup or two, they always seem to work out in the end. We live in Buena Vista, hope to meet you some day....dt

Looks like a great project, congratulations on your selection of EF block. A friend of mine who is a contractor in Todos Santos has been building with EF block with good results. It's definitely worth the extra cost to have an R-30 wall.

Looking forward to following along. I'm planning on building as well(Buena Vista) just haven't figured out our timing yet.
I'll be in town early May and will stop by for a visit if you don't mind. Where about are you on the East Cape ?
