We have had a place at papas for over 35 years. Started by my dad and friends now mine . Trust the family hand shake more than most paper contracts.

$ and a handshake, good stuff. Reminds me a line in a 30 yr
old Baja book, 'God and Mr. Gomez', a guy from LA has a house
built around Santo Tomas, so.of Ensenada, upon completion of
the house, the author asked the Mex land owner/landlord, how
do I know it is mine? The land owner replies ' you have the key
don't you'
