Posada Don Luis in Rosarito?

Anyone know anything about this hotel? I've been invited to hang with some friends at Las Rocas but they only have pricey suites left. I'm looking for something cheaper and this place was recommended on tripadvisor.com. I have never seen or heard of it before.

If a man walks in the woods for love of them half of each day, he is in danger of being regarded as a loafer. But if he spends his days as a speculator, shearing off those woods and making the earth bald before her time, he is deemed an industrious and enterprising citizen. Henry David Thoreau

I've stayed there. It's on the north end of town on the east side of the street and I think rooms were $50-$60. It's clean, but a little dark (at least my room).

I would rather stay at Los Pelicanos on the beach for $70 or at the New Port down at Puerto Nuevo for $75.
