The house goes from street to street, backside oversize garage with automatic doors. Paved parking for RV or trailer with hookups. Additional parking for boat. Refer to ad for pictures

It does look like a great deal! Nice house.

IMHO the northern Baja California Pacific coast has the best year round climate on the peninsula. Always comfortable.

I still have not gotten any replies to my U2s.

I don't know if Julie is the owner or a broker. Being that she isa newbie, she gets the benefit of the doubt.

If she reads this, click on the U2U link of the main menu and near your sign-in name.

The only major problem I see is that the property is on ejido land or owned by someone else...and everyone on Nomads always says to run from such property as fast as possible.

Udo, try responding to the craigslist ad, that could be what she is expecting.

I tried logging on to the CL ad, through the link, and no response also. The ad can not be found on the TJ CL, and it was originally listed in May of this year.

This works

She might be open to renting it for the summer so you can get a feel for the place.

All of the land at campo La Jolla is owned by the Pabloff family since the 1950s and was never Ejido land. Sr. Pabloff and Sr. Arnaz (Lomas del Mar) built the road from Maneadero to La Bufadora and are the best landlords around.

I had no idea about who built the road from Maneadero to La Bufadora.

Thanks, Bob.

General Arnaiz had the road built. He was general of the sector at the time. Very powerful.
Alejandro Pabloff was a dreamer/developer in the rural area at the time. He wasn't in any financial position to be building roads.

I drove aroun La Jola and foud that house based on the pictures in the ad and there are no FOR SALE signs on the property.. It is number 14G on the uphill side. If you drive thru the gate and turn left at the stop sign it will be the next to last house on the right before the road dead ends. You will not recognize it from this road becase it's on top of a big bank and only the roof line is viible but the gate leading up the steps to the front door is right next to number 90G. If you make a sharp right at the dead end you will get onto the upper road which is where the single car garage and entry to rear of house is. You can continue down that road and it will join up with the road you came in on.

Rosario in the La Jolla camp office on the beach side can tell you who owns it.
