k-38 Surf Trailer with addition

$29,000 Vintage Spartanette trailer with addition, including new bedroom, bathroom, ocean view deck, and patio. The property is located at k-38 surf spot, just 30 miles from San Diego, next to Club Marena. I am helping a friend sell this place. He has had a 45 year run (same trailer) and is closing the Baja chapter of his life. Please contact me at
todd@level555.com or visit “Baja Todd” on Facebook. Pictures can also be viewed at https://goo.gl/photos/mYDcVjX5ZRs4x72P8

The message when you click the link says:

"We're sorry, but you do not have access to this page"

He needs to adjust the access privileges.

K-38 is a nice break. The first Mexican wave I surfed back in the early 70s.

I have a K-38 surf story. Back in the 80s I was living in Del Mar and I stored my board on my ground floor apartment's patio. Got up one day and it was gone. Oh well.

A buddy and I went to catch some waves at K-38 a couple of weeks later and there is some skinny American teenage kid surfing my board. I paddled over and said I really liked his board and asked him where he got it. He didn't get flustered or anything and calmly replied he bought it on consignment at a surf shop in Ocean Beach. I didn't say anything, I believed him, had no proof otherwise, and just let him have it. What are the odds?

I really love your place. If it's still for sale in about a year, I may be interested.

Who owns the land and how long is the lease?

Hi Ateo, The land is owned by a family that has owned it for at least fifty years. We have many long-term tenants (40+ years) at the park, and we all pay a monthly rent for the land use. There is basically no risk of having your place repossessed. There is no lease since the land is owned by someone else-you own the building and they own the land.
Slightly off topic, but I just wanted to say that we have one of the best community vibes that I know of in northern Baja. I've been coming here and surfing here since I was a kid, and I seriously love this place! I hope that who ever joins our community will have the same affinity as I do for our campo. Looking forward to meeting my new cool neighbor!
