Punta Chivato Boat Storage or ?

Just converted aircraft hangar at the Punta Chivato airport steps away from the launch ramp. 14' X 35' with a 12' X 12' roll up door. Perfect location for super easy access to the Sea of Cortez. No more bouncing down loosing parts on the way to fish. 45 X 45 concrete pad out front with water wash down available. 2 units now available for month to month or long term. All storage considered but again ideal for a water craft.
Also available a half acre for outside storage. Inquiries U2U me . Hope pictures post . Thanks
