Current Sentri Wait Time

I know that on any day, any line can be a crapshoot, even the Sentri line. BUT, I have not crossed N/B in the Sentri lane in TJ for a long time….I have to be in Hillcrest at 10:00am on a Wednesday…what is the current average wait time for the Sentri lane at that hour?

Thanks....

This iPhone app will tell you what you need. I'm sure they have it for Android also.

Jeans; Hi, from past experience if you have to be there by 10am, take advantage of the low traffic to cross any day between 8 and 9:30am.
Here a historical graph, just hover over the graph and it will appear. So between 8 and 9:30 AM your average Sentri wait time is about 10 to 12 minutes which gives enough time to get to Hillcrest by 10 AM

CBP has a telephone number you can call that has a recorded message that updates hourly with the wait times -- 619-690-8999.

Out of curiosity, where's the entrance to the SY SENTRI this week? I always use Otay Mesa because I hate San Ysidro northbound.

Last month it was at the end of Calle Padre Kino. It's pretty easy to get there. Others here have mapped it out, but here it is in text: Coming north on Via Internacional, turn right at the sign for Paseo de los Heroes (which is Ave Melchior Ocampo if you're Google mapping it, the last right before the funnel into the main border crossing). Make a left at the next light onto Ave Benito Juarez (at the Smart & Final), get in the middle lane and follow the sign to Paseo de los Heroes. Head east on Paseo de los Heroes to the first roundabout at Ave Independencia and make a left, head north on Ave Independencia to the next roundabout at Calle Padre Kino and make another left. The SENTRI entrance is well marked at the end of Calle Padre Kino.
