If you put an onion in the freezer for 15-20 minutes before you cut it up your eyes won't tear up as much
Even better just leave the onion in the freezer and go out for dinner than your eyes won't tear up at all

Using the expression "The Baja" is very similar to when the Weather Wenches on Accuweather refer to "The I-95" when describing the Northeast corridor.
