I do hope people will read it from front to back, as it really is a story of the (attempted) colonization of California by Spain from 1535, and not just a reference book to the 27 missions founded (1769-1834).

Any U.S. orders I get for the book this month (December 2017), I will include a gift, a copy of Mike Humfreville's book, In the Shadow of the Volcano.
