K38

My soon to be brother inlaw wants to do his bachelor party at k38 for a camping/surf weekend. I normally wouldn't even consider k38 for a baja trip but it's not my decision. I drive past all the time but haven't stopped by there in 10 years, does anyone here have any recent experiences there or recommendations for a camping spot?
Thanks in advance.

Get a condo in the tower. Camping sucks in that area these days. Good luck. Check VRBO .com

K38 is the bridge area, and there are about 15 houses right on the water there, but no camping spots.

we got a new BandB at K40, if the reef doesn't interest you, you can paddle around the corner! or...pitch a tent at Charly's, that'll probably be where you spent most your time!;)

Have the party in Playas, surf at Mariscos, stay at Hotel La Mission/Playas 350 pesos/night. Much better food, drink and hotel options. Also chicas malas within 15 minutes.

I've been to K-38 numerous time in the last few years and I haven't seen anywhere to camp. Las Rocas is a great place to stay, I've stayed there before. I usually camp at K-58 (La Fonda) and drive up. I also saw this place online that looks awesome... Not sure what your budget is:

Good luck! Seems likes an awesome party.

Good choice!!! Lots of bad stuff around K-38. Especially if you have to answer to your sister.
And us that have sisters, know it can be rough. But we love them. Best of luck!!

I just drove by slowly this past weekend in the area of K38 (the bridge). There is a six room motel right on the water's edge. It is the blue building. Did not stop to get prices, but the place was empty over the weekend.
