Who wants to house sit for us for awhile in Bahia Asuncion?

Greetings amigos...the commercial abalone season is about to begin here in beautiful Bahia Asuncion and Juan & I love to stay out at our cabin in San Roque for a few weeks as they fish out of there.

So if any of you are interested in staying for free in the suite at our Inn...let me know....if you dont mind looking at this every day!

It would be for as long as you want or can and not much work involved at all. It is our off season so not many guests...just someone to be here and water the plants and enjoy the view! Any takers????

We are waiting for the cooperativa to announce when they start fishing...they were supposed to start last week but the government stuck their money grubbing nose in it again so there are some details that need to be worked out but it should be very soon we hope..and it usually lasts a month or more but I would be happy to have house sitters here as long as they can spare. We come to town alot too and there is phone service in San Roque so we will be in touch so you wont be on your own...Juan comes to town nearly every day to band practice.

My daughter is very interested in this. She has been going to Baja with me since she was a baby, and is skilled with a garden hose! :) She also housesits regularly in the states and could provide you with great references I'm sure. It would be a great opportunity for her to work on her Spanish as well. Let us know, because we are very very interested!! Thanks Shari.

Darn, missed my chance, but wait till next year!!!
Had to be my bad references (Bajacalifornian, and Willardguy) that sunk my chances. Next year I`m going for Woody and Dennis!!!

Congrats to the winner, I`m sure she will be great!!

Have not been on here for a few days.... Shari check your U2U.

My daughter is so excited for this, she has been bugging me to go somewhere like this and live for a couple of weeks since she was 15. Now she is doing it!

Thanks, Shari!
