what qualifies


bought a minniewinnie to stay in on my lot while building. will this qualify as a residence to get power and water on the property???
and today is my birthday happy birthday to me.

Worked for us.

We started by moving a travel trailer onto the vacant property. Added water, telephone, and electricity over the next two to four months. The trailer was "it" for four years before we started to build the house.

This was in La Ventana, 25 miles from La Paz.

as long as your name is on the title you can get all services to the property in your name.
If you don't have the title (yet), the current owner can apply in his name for the time being. Then transfer everything later. Easy.
