UDO & JANA'S NEW HOUSE IN PUNTA BANDA, (ENSENADA AREA)

WE MOVED IN ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND:

(The inside is finished, but the outside still has a couple of months to go).

Part of the dream closet that Jana wanted

Our bedroom with a full view of Ensenada bay

Our master bath

Our family room

The guest bedroom

Guest bathroom

Inlaid art work in guest bath

Artful guest sink

Our kitchen

View from kitchen window

Lots of pantry space

Kitchen centerpiece

Formal dining room

Living room area with view of the Ensenada bay.

Formal dining room with custom built bar.

Even my parrot, Chico, has his own formal space where he can watch the kitchen and the family room. He'll also have an outdoor aviary when the deck is finished.

I will publish the outside photos when everything is finished.

I think something is a little fishy about the place... and ofcourse I approve of that.
Very nice Udo and Jana

That is the first thing everyone comments on when they walk in. The floor was Jana's idea.

Is Jack Smith (his famous house) your neighbor?

I think Jack Smith's house is farther south, near Santo Tomas. The name escapes me at the moment.

La Bocana was the name. Not the one in BCS, but by Santo Tomas.

It was a challenge to even find what I did in Ensenada. San Diego area, you'll have an easier time with supplies.

I think I remember now. Punda Banda is the La Bufadora area. Right?

You are welcome to come by again. I'll be happy to prepare some lobster at that time for you and your wife, Cliff.

Correct. It's on the way to La Bufadora. About 10 minutes away.

I also want to chime in here. The place looks magnificent. Best of luck.

But, have sold your your place down by Shari?

No question that this Punta Banda place is way more accessible and has many more amenities nearby.
