Correct. It's on the way to La Bufadora. About 10 minutes away.

Love that area. So pretty there.

There is no question that we wanted to build a home somewhat more accessible to medical facilities nearby, and still have a home with the B A J A feel to it.

In Ensenada area we have the best of both worlds.

Udo,
The house is absolutely beautiful but I did not see a flip-flop wall.

I love everything about the place but the bidet is certainly a special touch...or no touch as the case may be!

Yes, the bidet is in the master bath. I have to use it or I get a severe rash (because of my illness).

I also want to chime in here. The place looks magnificent. Best of luck.

But, have sold your your place down by Shari?

No question that this Punta Banda place is way more accessible and has many more amenities nearby.

...and better yearround weather too!

Thanks, Pablo!

And you are right about the weather, Bob. Even on warm days, we are 10º cooler than downtown Ensenada, and on warmer days...a nice breeze blows gently.

I think someone once posted somewhere that Punta Banda has it's own weather.
