The IFC Films PR idicates that the film will open April 8, 2005, in all major markets, so you might keep an eye to the movie schedules late March, early April.

Woo hoo, I'll be there!!

http://www.edhat.com/sbfilm/onemovie.cfm?onetitle=Dust%20to%...

Since this world premier screening is in my own backyard, I'll be there with extra golden flavoring on my popcorn!!

Tickets are $12.50 ea. and they expect there to be plenty available at the time of screening. Any nomads feel like driving a little and seeing a lot?

Thanks for the heads up, Bufeo. Don't you wish you could still just drive down the hill for the evening? How's AZ treating you?

I'll post a review afterwards. :bounce::bounce:

Capitano, why not grab a couple gear heads, fire up the bird and fly up for the evening. You know my policy, a dinner gets you rt shuttle service to the theater. :spingrin: You only live once!

I'll u2u my cell number if you're actually considering the offer.

Movie

Well, I went Sat. night to see Dust to Glory but the line was soooo long that I slipped into another theater showing "The Wedding Date". It's the bittersweet tale of a young girl needing a date for a wedding....NOT barf::barf:

DUST TO GLORY was awesome!!! Lots of interviews with the current racers and old timers (Parnelli Jones, Bruce Meyers, Walker Evans, Malcolm Smith, Ivan Stewart, etc.) Lots of frenetic race action from all angles, baja scenery, crashes, suspense, hilarity...and Coco!? Yes, Coco!

Gotta run now but will post more this evening. Think I saw Bufeo there, maybe he'll weigh in with some thoughts.:
