Anyone know where I can get metal studs, tracks and joists in the San Jose or Los Barriles area?

Home Depot in Cabo San Lucas carries them. You can look them up on their website. Search "poste".
You may also want to try Feyco. They are a distributor of Panel Rey products.

There's a large warehouse in La Paz that sells all types of steel studs. I'd have to look up the name and address, it's buried in a file somewhere. If you don't have any luck in Cabo send me a U2U and I'll find the info.
