Kayak Rental-Loreto
Am planning a trip in October to do some kayak camping. I am interested in renting a couple of kayaks. The main company in town seems pretty
expensive. Any ideas? Gracias

Ask at the West Coast Paddler forum. Or - TripAdvisor forum. Mex businesses with internet presence are usually the most expensive.
Rentals have never been cheap, this is a gringo-oriented business with gringo prices. Or, rather - "tourist" prices, can be higher than normal prices
in gringo countries.

I don't know what the prices were in Loreto, but you may want to consider renting in La Paz, and driving up to Loreto:

Thanks. That LaPaz rate is way better, but already have flight booked to LTO. Will check the other forum.

Check with Jorge on the beach at Nopolo. He may be able to get you a deal. Tell him Mr Ed send you.

Check with Sara at Loreto Sea and Land Tours. I'm sure they rent kayaks. They can even pick you up are the airport and transport you to where you are
staying. Her and her husband run a very good company. www.toursloreto.com

Awfully long drive for that. The gas costs will negate any savings.
