Well I am only about a year away from deciding if I want Get a spot of my own to use in Baja, but that has never stopped other tire kickers on this forum! Particularly true around Mulege.

So....can you post a picture of the tires?

Consider this a bump, it looks like a place with promise!

If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

"Could do better if he tried!" Report card comments from most of my grade school teachers. Sadly, still true!

It is a sweet location. I hung out for a month near there a couple years ago and would walk or kayak past it to catch dinner. There is very little actual ocean frontage property in Mulege.

The sea of cortez is a part of the pacific ocean.
So call it sea or ocean, both words are correct.

Available again....

Two deposits and two flakes even before they set foot in Baja.

Really unique spot with unobstructed oceanfront. Ready for your trailer. I know where a really nice Airstream is for a good price and you are ready to go.

Long term renter only.

Peace,
