Loreto - Baby items purchase, rent, borrow....

We are looking to fly down to Loreto sometime in the next couple months and are wondering if anybody knows if its possible to rent, purchase, borrow baby items which are tough to travel with on a plane.
Items such as:
Baby Bath Tub
Pack n Play
Stroller
Swing
etc....

I have thought about having a bunch of this stuff at a storage facility near the airport and 'rent' to whoever is willing to pay a fair price to use during their stay...obviously opens up plenty of issues but sure would be nice and I'd be willing to pay a little bit to not travel with the larger items.

Is there any interest in this? Or any information on this?
