I'm almost dead and I come alive seeing this offer. It won't last long.
Sorry for the distress sale, but memories are forever.

Perry (vgabndo) is out there, and doing well. We had dinner with him and his wife on our way south last month. They are spending most of their time at home in CA these days. I don't think this was their property.

It's confusing because Hook got his oranges and peaches mixed up!

The place with the oranges is not Perry's. Perry had date palms.

The place with the oranges is mine. Has been since 2007.
