Houses on the beach in Ensenada for RENT, great location!
Houses for rent on the beach.
Located inside the gated community of Playa Todos Santos. They are in a prime location on the main Ensenada Beach and with easy and quick access to
downtown and major retail areas.
The community enjoys private access to beach, starry nights and nice quite neighborhood.
There are 1-4 bedroom houses available. 1 bedroom houses start at $500 USD. 2 bedroom houses start at $600 USD. 3 and 4 bedroom houses start at $650
USD.
Leases are for 12 months. Lesser lease terms can be considered. Monthly Rent includes water usage.
All pets welcome.
Possibility of a Furnished Rental also.

I would like more info on these rentals you have - I am looking for something from about mid February or April until October - and just either a one
bedroom or even a studio might work, depending on the way it is laid out- I am wondering if this is in northern or southern Ensenada area? and what
the drive time might be from there to San Diego?

1. Who built the houses
2. Who is responsibile for maintenece, roof , electrical and plummering

Drive time to the border (San Ysidro or Otay) is "about" 90 minutes +/- depending on traffic

Since you know the location, drive around in that sub-division and look for "Se Renta" signs, bound to find something
