The only thing that comes to mind is the documentary, "the cove."

It's the east neighbor of Dos Amigos community at the southeast end of San Lucas Cove, about a mile south of the Army base there. It's a 'planned community' set up by a gringo. The four years I lived in San Lucas Cove RV park it remained pretty much empty. The bay there is very shallow, so there's no boat launching. Explore, visit, make up your own minds.

I searched "cove community" and had no results. Was it discussed under a different name?
