Avocado dessert recipe

put ripe avocado in blender, add some milk (not too much), add sugar and some lime juice.

Blend til smooth - some like it thicker (less milk) or smoother (more milk).

It is really delicious!

I never dreamed that avocado could be a dessert as I've been eating them with great pleasure all my life as mostly guacamole and on a BLT.

Until, I visited Myanmar and they served it as a dessert (ice cream) sort of. Well , of course I had to try it and it was pretty Darn good...
Surprised me...

Since I've given up all hope, I feel much better

When I was in Oaxaca at a coffee plantation tour, there were a couple ladies from Connecticut. We were served a Oaxacan style lunch which included a carne asada tostada with guacamole. One of the ladies, said, "Isn't this interesting the way they pureed the avocado."
