banjercito office locations

Last I knew the only Banjercito office along Baja's northern border was in Otay Mesa. The office in San Ysidro had been closed and there was no office in Tecate. We have a friend traveling north from many months around Mexico and he would like to turn in his TIP and get his refund in Tecate. I told him I didn't think they had an office there.
Anyone here on Nomad have current info on turning in the TIP?
Thanks.

I was at the Banjercito window in San Ysidro in December and in San Luis Rio Colorado in January--fully functioning and great service. And from researching, there is a Tecate office just west of the border crossing.
