Is the restaurant located on the grounds of Tres Santos? Their FB page places it at "Calle Naranjos, Esquina Jardín, Plaza Principal, Fraccionamiento Las Huertas, Tres Santos, 23300 Todos Santos, Mexico", or even more usefully, "2573 miles by drone".

A fun fact: Chef/Owner Javier Plascencia was featured on the Tijuana episode of Anthony Bourdain's "No Reservations" a few years back. That would make him a bona fide celebrity in many circles.

Chef Danny at Hotel California became a celebrity when Rick Bayless came to town in 2011. Todos is not lacking for great food. La Casita Tapas my favorite right now. Hierbabuena in Pescadero.

Hierbabuena is in a class by itself. I would eat there every night if I lived in Pescadero.

The translation I'm seeing for arugula is "rúcula".

Of course everyone knows "aruglia" is Corsican for "Sardinia".

Thanks to google translate for the help.

Doing the same for "Jazamango" tells us that it's a Chichewa word meaning "Jazamango".

I feel the opposite of enlightened.
