The article is gives me a chuckle. The foto is not in San Antonio Del Mar and that shotgun looks useless. That said I have seen that guy in Centro from time to time over the last 10 years begging.

I hope they never let him out of a Mexican jail and don't send him back to the USA.

This Marine Scout Sniper may be down but he's not out. He needs help. Criticizing a Marine who has stumbled is almost unpatriotic. And probably coming from someone who has never served. Pathetic!

US Marines: providing enemies of America an opportunity to die for their country since 1775.

What I say before any important decision.
F*ck it.

Claro, but if he is found guilty of murder, then he needs to pay for his crime.

It's been my direct experience these junkies are the lowest of the low. This guy has a friend, a steroid doper gringo friend. The rage he displays while begging for money is disturbing.

Rule #1 - if they beg in english. Don't answer.

Are you saying that criminals who happen to be US veterans deserve some kind of special break from the Mexican government?

I also was in the Corps and even though in hindsight I question some of the things I was ordered to do, I am proud to be a Marine and for some reason have a close tie to any Marine. But lets make one thing clear, wrong is wrong, right is right and IF this person is guilty of any crime, he should pay for his crimes with no forgiveness because he served our county. If he not playing with a full deck and is that due to his military service, its not for me to say. Once again, in my opinion, wrong is wrong and no pity on the guilty (if guilty) because he served.
Yes, I feel sorry for him and his family.

Ex-Marines should hold their own to a high standard. They're known by the company they keep.
Let's see this a-holes service record.

Whatever happened to individual responsibility, a marine sniper [semi-pro trained killer] can't make it in the real world. Well tough chit, hang em high.

The fact this criminal American citizen, is ex-Marine, shouldn't even been mentioned, because he was in the service over 17 years ago, and it has nothing to do with with crimes he has been alleged to have committed.

If guilty he should be left to rot in a Mexican jail cell for a long time. This guy appears to be a real lowlife criminal, and Mexico is safer today with this dangerous criminal bum locked up behind bars.

Now I understand his wife or girlfriend, is pleading mercy for this bum, and claiming he has PTSD. Nice try, but I doubt it will work this time, not with the charged this bum is charged with, and he would need medical records supporting such a defense, not with only what his wife or girlfriend is claiming.

The guy does not need help. He needs justice and punishment. The victims are the only ones that need help.

Hope the guy rots in jail, for loooooonnggg time!

He got out in 2000 and didn't have any problems until 2014 ... when he got busted for "sexual assault" .... Try and get off that one :biggrin:

Then in 2015 he gets busted for drunk driving

Think there were some factors in play here, that aren't being disclosed

Not to excuse, what ever he ended up doing, after he finally really went "South"

But, something happened in this guy's life that really made him turn the "corner" .... He was pretty "tame" for a long while

And it is only ONE individual .... chit happens :biggrin:

This isn't restricted to just one branch of the "military" and/or the Federal Government :lol:

Say, is this one of those "Sanctuary Cities" that's in news, a lot of the time ....:lol:

No matter what, this is a disturbed individual for sure. What a shame that his life ends up in such a mess.

Let's turn it around. Should an undocumented Mexican who commits a crime in the US get special consideration because he served his country?
