TECATE - USA side parking?

Is there good safe parking on the USA side for a reasonable rate? Doesn't seem like there is much over there and I have never looked, generally with the foot heavy on the gas as I head north.

My brother usually parks in San Diego and I pick him up there, shop a bit then back back down Ensenada way. But we are thinking Tecate this time.

Parking usually just for 4-5 days. Safe parking? (you know how crime is in the USA! :wow: ) Reasonably priced?

Thanks for any guidance.

Several lots, all fenced. $5 bucks a day. Have never had a problem leaving a vehicle for 3 or 4 days. I use the one on the right as you are headed south. It is across the street from the cambio.

My buddy recently parked there in his Tacoma and his license plate was stolen and replaced with a another one. He was unfortunately in an area where the camera's couldn't see him. Funnily enough the attendant told him EXACTLY which stall to park in. He got stopped for a long time at the border patrol check on the 94 on his way back. Just saying don't leave valuables and what not because you never know
